If travel or shopping assistance is required, please make your need known in advance; your RSVP confirms only transportation as this service is not ADA accessible and is limited to Full Members who are able to enter/exit vehicles curbside, shop unaided, and carry their bags without assistance unless by prior arrangement. Rides must be requested by 5pm the prior Tuesday to be guaranteed for Thursday. Times may vary based upon Member need and Volunteer availability. Rides may be provided by Uber shared ride services at the Village's discretion.

We may also be able to offer delivery of a limited number of items if you are unable to visit the store yourself. Please call 202-656-1834 to inquire.

We're also happy to provide one-way transportation if you'd like to enjoy some extra time at Yards Park or one of the many nearby lunch spots and return home at your leisure.
No Fee
Our weekly shopping trip to Harris Teeter includes optional stops at Bank of America, Harry's Reserve, the US Post Office, and Wells Fargo Bank on request. Full Members, please email the Village or RSVP by 5pm Tuesday to participate this Thursday.
