Application Process

 

At Waterfront Village, we want to make the application process as welcoming as possible. To that end, the easiest way to join the Village is to send an email to support@dcwaterfrontvillage.org. In that email, if you can include your name, email, physical address, and phone number, we can get things started.

 

After we receive your email, we will reach out to you to connect by phone or in-person, whatever makes the most sense for you. When we connect, we can get to know you a little better and help you decide if a supporting or full membership makes the most sense for you. We are here to help you enjoy all the benefits of being a member of the Village.

 

If you are not sure if you want to proceed, don't let that stop you from reaching out to us. We can discuss a short-term trial membership or invite you to attend one or two events so that you can see how it fits into your life. 

 

Once you join the Village, you will begin to receive regular email communications about our events and programs. As a member, the Village staff is here to support you. To best reach the Village staff, please use our phone number, 202-656-1834 or our shared email box, support@dcwaterfrontvillage.org. When you call our phone number, you will first hear a recording before you are transferred to a staff member. We are here during business hours, 9am-4:30pm.
