Services

 

The Waterfront Village offers a variety of supportive services, with the ulitimate goal of supporting older adults who chose to age in place in their own homes. Information and referral services are available to all members. Transportation, technology support, and handyman support is available to full members only.

 

                                                                                       

 

Information and referral- The Waterfront Village can connect you to a wide variety of vendors and service providers.

Transportation- Volunteers can assist by taking you to medical or other appointments.

Support- Volunteers are here to keep you connected through friendly visits, phone check-ins, errand assistance, medical appointment escort and note-taker, and meal support after a hospitalization.

Technology Support- Our tech team works to resolve technology problems with your computer, smartphone, or printer.

Handyman- Home tasks such as changing lightbulbs, repairing door knobs, moving boxes- these are the types of tasks that our Handyman Team can help you with.

 

Full Memberships include access to:

  • our Member Services Center and Resource Database with concierge support 
  • an amazing team of volunteers, who can assist with transportation to medical appointments, technology support, and other supportive activities such as companion visits and phone calls, and errand assistance
  • a full calendar of programs, activities, and events
