The First Monday Needle Group will have its introductory meeting at 10 am to noon on Monday May 4 at the Village offices.  The session is 2 hours but you don't have to stay the whole time.  We expect to meet every first Monday of the month.

We welcome anyone who wants to join us working on their project and enjoying the company or learning a needle craft from one of the other members of the group.  We have experienced and beginner knitters, crocheters, needlepointers, sewers and other needlecrafts.  If you want to learn a needlecraft we are happy to teach.  If you are stuck on a project, bring it along and let's solve it together.  One member is making FREE DC knitted and crocheted pieces to hang around SW, perhaps you have seen one!  Last year we partnered with Arena Stage to yarn bomb the Duck Pond for Pride month!

If you are in need of needles or yarn just let us know as many of us have lots of extra yarn to share.
We are a very active fun group and love new members so we hope to see you there.
