Application Process

 

At Waterfront Village, we want to make the application process as welcoming as possible. You can call the office at 202-656-1834 or email us at info@dcwaterfrontvillage.org for help at any time.

 

The easiest way to complete an application is to send an email to info@dcwaterfrontvillage.org and request an application. We look forward to starting an email conversation with you.

 

If you prefer to apply via a paper application, please call the office at 202-656-1834.

 

After we receive your application, we will reach out to you to connect by phone or in-person, whatever makes the most sense for you. This allows us to get to know you a little better so we can help you enjoy all the benefits of being a member of the Village.

 

If you are undecided about joining, please reach out to us. We can discuss a short-term trial membership or invite you to attend one or two events so that you can see how it fits into your life. 

 

Once you join the Village, you will begin to receive regular email communications about our events and programs. As a member, the Village staff is here to support you. To best reach the Village staff, please use our phone number, 202-656-1834 or our shared email box, support@dcwaterfrontvillage.org. When you call our phone number, you will first hear a recording before you are transferred to a staff member. We are here during business hours, 9am-4:30pm.
